Join us on Saturday, October 18 for an unforgettable day of community, tradition, and celebration! Whether you’re greeting guests, selling raffle tickets, or helping with registration, your time and energy make a lasting impact on the experience for everyone attending. By volunteering, you’re also helping to support our beneficiaries: Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset , Bonnie Brae, Life Camp, Crossroads 4 Hope, and Community in Crisis.
The event will be held rain or shine. Please note that all volunteer roles involve being active and on your feet. Volunteers will park in General Admission and walk to their assigned areas.
Position Descriptions
- Raffle Sales (Teams of 2, 9am–2pm, up to 5 teams) Volunteers will walk the grounds in pairs selling raffle tickets and collecting cash.
- Program Sales (Teams of 2, 9am–4pm, up to 5 teams) Volunteers will work in pairs at booths, selling programs and collecting cash.
- Directional Helpers (Individuals, 9am–4pm, up to 5 people) Volunteers will staff booths with FAQs and maps to assist guests with directions and event information.
- Registration Help (8:30am–5pm, 6+ people needed per hour) Assist with guest check-in by scanning tickets, distributing wristbands, and providing merchandise at the Chairman’s Tent (Upscale experience near the finish line) and The Hunt Club (festival experience along the backstretch rail).
